Returns Policy for Toy Hub USA

IMPORTANT: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are covered by Toy Hub USA for purchases made in the United States. Prepaid return labels will be provided. 

**Items must be new, in box and/or original packaging.**

 

Online Returns Policy

To initiate a return please send us a message via our Contact Us page and include the following:

    1. Order Number or email address used to place your order
    2. The SKU of the item you would like to return
    3. Return reason

 Please read our Return Policy before issuing a return:

  • A return request must be stated within 30 days of delivery   
  • Items must be in new condition - unworn, unwashed, and have original tags. Any signs of use or wear will not be acceptable. 
  • Non-returnable items - underwear or items that come into contact with the genital region including bodysuits & swimwear. In addition, beauty products and cosmetics are non-returnable.
  • Returns are refunded via your original payment method.
  • Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Return credits are processed within 4-6 business days after we receive your items.
  • If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect it must be reported within 1 week (7 days) after the delivery date.

 

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

  • This can happen if (1) you refuse the package at the time of delivery, (2) the shipping carried is unable to deliver the package, (3) the address provided is invalid or missing information ie. apartment number
  • Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be placed back into our stock and a store credit will be issued to you minus initial shipping charges.
  • After your order is placed we are unable to make changes to the order. To ensure your package is properly delivered and delivered within the time frames we advertise, please double check to make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct street numbers, apartment/building numbers, and additional route information is critical to ensure timely delivery. 
  • If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrect delivered shipments.

 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • Excessive customer returns history - indicative of “wardrobing”
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Non-Toy Hub USA items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.

 

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Contact Us and a member of our customer service team will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.

 

Returning By Mail

For U.S. Domestic customers, we recommend that you return using our Contact Us page.

International customers may return by mail as well. Please be aware that sometimes international returns can take several weeks to reach us if due to the long distance and potential customs delays. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return after it's delivered to our Distribution Center. Once your return is processed, we will issue you a refund via your original payment method.

 

Helpful Hint: Toy Hub USA is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center in Los Angeles, CA. Keep your proof of postage and along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Toy Hub USA will not issue credit for your returns.
